LAWCET-2010 Notification,LAWCET-2010 Application forms,LAWCET-2010 Application Procedure

LAWCET-2010 Eligibility:
3 year LL.B/B.L course: A minimum of 45 % aggregate of marks in the graduation with any subject (10 +2 +3 pattern) from a recognized university or any other examination treated as equivalent by the concerned universities.
5 year LL.B/B.L course:At least 45 % aggregate marks in intermediate (10 +2 pattern) or equivalent from a recognized board.
SC and ST candidates have 5 % relaxation of the minimum marks in both the above courses.
1. Candidates appearing for the final year exam of the qualifying exam can also appear for the test but their admission is subject to their success in the qualifying exam.
2. Open University candidates without basic qualification are ineligible to appear for this test.
3. General category Candidates should not have age more than 25 years while it is 22 years in the case of SC/STs for 5 year Law degree course.
4. General category Candidates should not have age more than 30 years while it is 35 years in the case of SC/STs for 3 year LL.B.B.L course.
LAWCET-2010 Application form can be obtained at post offices, Andhra Bank, E-seva centers and Axis Bank outlets across the state of Andhra Pradesh.
LAWCET-2010 Important Dates: For both 5 year and 3 year law courses
LAWCET-2010 Sale of applications starts from: 17th March 2010
LAWCET-2010 Sale of applications closes on: 30th April 2010
Submission of filled in LAWCET-2010 application forms with out late fee is 30th April 2010. They can be submitted with a late fee of Rs 100 till 10th May 2010; Rs 200 till 20th May 2010; Rs 300 till 25th May 2010; Rs. 500 till 31st May 2010. Candidates can take the application forms after last date without late fee at convener’s office, S.V.University, Tirupati. Amount towards late fee should be paid by DD taken in favor of The Secretary, A.P.S.C.H.E, Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad.
Those candidates who submit their duly filled applications with a late fee of Rs.500 can avail test centers only at Tirupati.
LAWCET-2010 Exam dates:
Both 5 year and 3 year LAWCET are conducted on 10th June 2010, Thursday from 10 am to 11.30 am.
