Eligibility

For B.P.Ed. Course:
a) Candidates should have passed Three year degree examination recognized by any university in A.P. or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto.
b) The candidates, who are appearing for final degree examinations of 2010.
c) The candidates should have completed 19 years of age on 01.07.2010
For U.G.D.P.Ed Course:
a) Candidates must have passed Intermediate or equivalent course
recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
b) The candidates, who are appearing for final Inter examinations of 2010.
c) The candidates should have completed I6 years of age on 01.07.2010.

Candidates also must fulfill other conditions mentioned in the instructions Booklet. The prescribed application form together with instruction booklet can be obtained in person from the following centres on submission of D.D for Rs. 350/- drawn in favour of “Secretary, A.P, STATE Council of Higher Education” payable at Nagarjunanagar (Andhra Bank or SBI).

 Indian Forest Service Examination, 2010 published in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar dated 20^th February, 2010.  It is informed that in addition to the existing system of applying through a Common Application Form for the Examinations conducted by the Commission, the candidates for Indian Forest Service Examination, 2010 can also apply Online using the link http://www.upsconline.nic.in/Salient features of the system of On Line Application Form are given hereunder :

•       Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the above mentioned website.

·                    Candidates will be required to complete the On-line application form containing  two stages viz.  Part-I and Part-II as per the instructions available in the above mentioned site through drop down menus. 

·                    The candidates applying Online are required to pay a reduced fee of Rs. 50/- [excepting  Female, SC, ST & PH candidates who are exempted from payment of fee]  either by remitting the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI or by using any Visa/Master Credit/ Debit  Card.

NEW YORK -- Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin just might have a future in show biz. Teamed up to co-host this year's Oscarcast, they're offering a pleasant reminder that an often overstuffed, cumbersome TV shindig can be lighthearted fun.
That was the early verdict at the ABC-aired Oscar broadcast's midway point, at least, with these seasoned funnymen demonstrating that Hollywood's so-called biggest night doesn't have to be just a big giveaway.
Neil Patrick Harris (himself a go-to song-and-dance guy for hosting awards shows) started things off with a Vegas-style musical number - "No One Wants to Do It Alone" - to introduce the dual hosts, whom he saluted as "the biggest pair since Dolly Parton."
