BIE Secretary G. Balaramaiah told The Hindu that the valuation of scripts will be completed by April 20 and first year results are likely to be given on April 25.

The second year results will be declared a few days after that around April 30. However, he said the exact dates for both the results will be decided two days prior to the actual declaration only as they have a massive exercise to do with regard to computing marks of nearly 97 lakh answer scripts.
Intermediate results have assumed significance as 25 per cent of marks obtained are added to the EAMCET scores to give the final rank.
